We pride ourselves in ensuring that all our holiday homes are parkling clean and the beds have been made with fresh high-quality linens.
All you must do is unpack your suitcase – grab your skies and hit the slopes.
Home Comforts
All our self-catered holiday apartments with kitchens have all the basics that you need including:
- Stove top, fridge, microwave, dishwasher
- Coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- Pots & pans, dishes, cutlery
Our holiday apartments are stocked with all the basics condiments such as
- coffee pods, tea
- salt, pepper, sugar, oil
- dish soap, towels
- dishwasher tablets
- toilet paper
Just like home.

Guest Concierge
Austrian Alpine Getaways is the only agency in Zell am See/Kaprun to personally meet you at your holiday home*-not in our agency office.
We do more than just hand over the keys
- Our concierges will give you a tour of your holiday home, explain any rules, share local recommendations and importantly help with the pesky problems of turning on the TV, connecting to the internet.
- You’ll be feeling like you’re at home in no time.
Please note: late check-ins after 8 pm will be organized by Key drop. One of our friendly team members will meet you at your convenience the following morning.

The Austrian Alpine Getaways team lives full-time in Zell am See/Kaprun. Any questions during your stay– we are only a call away.
